2. Our services

We provide garage door and roller door related services including diagnosis, repairs, adjustments, replacements of compatible parts, and maintenance (“Services”).
Services are delivered by our technician(s) arranged by us. We are responsible for the Services we provide.

3. Quotes and pricing

  • Any quote provided is based on information available at the time (e.g., photos, descriptions, or inspection results).
  • Final pricing may change if additional issues or parts are identified after inspection.
  • Where possible, we will explain options and pricing before proceeding with additional work.
  • Unless stated otherwise, quoted prices are in AUD and include labour. Parts or additional materials may be charged separately.

4. Call-out fees / minimum charges (if applicable)

If you charge call-out fees, keep it honest and clear. Example text (optional):

  • A call-out fee may apply depending on location and service type. If applicable, we will tell you before attendance.

5. “No Fix, No Fee” (if advertised)

If we advertise “No Fix, No Fee”, it means:

  • If we attend and cannot complete any repair or restore operation, you will not be charged for labour.
  • You may still be charged for parts ordered at your request, special materials used, or work completed with your approval.

We will explain what is covered before proceeding.

6. Same-day service (if advertised)

Same-day service is subject to technician availability, your location, and the time of booking. We will always aim to respond quickly, but cannot guarantee same-day attendance in all circumstances.

7. Warranties

  • We provide a workmanship warranty for repairs completed by us for [e.g., 3 months], unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, weather events, power surges, unauthorised repairs/adjustments, or normal wear and tear.
  • Parts may be covered by a manufacturer warranty where applicable.

8. Access, safety, and site conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the garage door area.
We may refuse or stop work if we reasonably believe conditions are unsafe (e.g., unstable structures, hazardous wiring, aggressive pets). If we must stop for safety reasons, a reasonable call-out or labour charge may apply.

9. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept payment methods as shown at the time of booking or on the invoice/receipt.

10. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
If we attend and cannot access the property, we may charge a call-out fee or minimum service fee (if applicable).

11. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of use, loss of profit).
  • Our liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to re-supplying the Services or the cost of re-supplying the Services, where permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

13. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information (such as your name, address, phone number, and service details) to provide our Services, communicate with you, and manage bookings and payments.

14. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and images are owned by us or licensed to us and must not be copied without permission.
